The warm-up called for keeping a steady walking pace without running out of breath. That was easy. But I started feeling tired in the cardio part of the activity. By the end of the cardio exercises I was sweating a lot. I couldn’t finish the sit-ups because I was exhausted. I did 10 in the first set, but I could do only eight in the second. I managed to do the push-ups only by bending my knees. I barely got through the pull-ups. I had to resort to keeping my chin against the bar and hanging for a few seconds. I did not have any issues with the stretching, however.
