1/4 + 1/2 + x= - 3/4 I know im asking a lot about those what is the x but this one actually was a tricky one to me i hope you guys can help me on this one. Thanks if you did and also thanks if you tried.

Respuesta :

In order to solve it you have to get x by itself.

1. Simplify. 1/4 + 1/2 + x is also the same as 3/4 + x. So you have 3/4 + x = -3/4.

2. Then you subtract 3/4 on both sides to get x by itself. x = -3/4 - 3/4

3. Simplify. x = -1 1/2 or -1.5 depending on whether you need the answer in a fraction or a decimal.

0, because 1/2= 2/4

so it would look like this:

1/4 + 2/4 + x = 3/4

1/4 + 2/4 = 3/4

so that means x must be nothing, hence 0.

Now, plug it in!

1/4 + 2/4 + 0= 3/4

3/4=3/4

Hope it helped! ☻
