I think the most important safety precaution that I followed this week was to not over do it with my workouts! If I felt like I was straining anything or if I felt like I wasn’t doing an exercise incorrectly I would stop and try to figure out what I did wrong or I would just stop in general especially if I felt like I was straining or a specific spot on my body was hurting… I think this is extremely important because if you just over work yourself and you're causing tension in your body you may think it's fine right now and you're just feeling the burn but in the long run it might not be worth it to over work yourself!
