I am not completely sure on this one. It is indeed talking about vans and not buses, but there is no variable that would be for vans "v". So I'm going to go with, "the number of buses" Because it says, there was only 64 seats, and 6 students didn't get a seat. So they had to ride a different van/bus. So 64 + 6 = 70. That means there is 1 filled bus with 64 students, and then another one that has 6 students. So there is 2 buses.
