Answer: Cytoplasm, cell membrane, ribosomes.

Explanation:

Eukaryotic cells contain a nucleus within a membrane and other membrane-bound organelles, such as mitochondria and chloroplasts. While, prokaryotic cells don't. Thereby, the only structures found in both cells are:

  • Cytoplasm: semifluid substance within a cell, where organelles are found.
  • Cell membrane: a membrane that separates the interior of all cells from the outside, and which regulates the transport of substances.
  • Ribosomes: Organelle that serves as the site of protein synthesis

But, both type of cells contain genetic material but in prokaryotic cells it is naked and found freely in the cytoplasm (within a region called the nucleoid) . And in eukaryotic cells it is found inside the nucleus, bonded to proteins called histones.
