Why does Earth's moon have no atmosphere?
A. The average temperature is too high.
B. There are no plants to release oxygen.
C. The moon is too far away from Earth.'
D. The moon's gravity is too weak t hold onto gas molecules

Respuesta :

You can eliminate the answer A because the moon is super cold
For answer B, atmosphere is contained of gasses, not just oxygen alone
Definitely not C
The answer is D because the moon's gravity isn't strong enough to hold the gasses, as a result, only a small amount of gasses has an attraction to it ( the moon has a little atmosphere though) but not enough to be considered

The moon does not have an atmosphere hence it has no magnetic field and is too small to have an atmosphere. Another reason why is because the moon has a weak gravitational field. Gravity helps the moon hold on to its atmosphere, the moon is small leaving no atmosphere on the moon.

Your answer is D. The moon almost has no gravity thus it cannot hold onto the gas molecules. The gravity on earth is in fact weak which is also the other reason it cannot hold onto the gas molecules. Your answer is most definitely D, The moon's gravity is too weak to hold onto gas molecules.

This is all in my own words you can research as hard as you want you should not find anything that is the exact same thing as what i have written unless it is on brainly on this question.

I hope this helps. If it does please consider hitting the crown in the bottom right corner of my answer. This will give me something called "Brainliest". Remember that you cannot mark me as brainliest if i am the only answer you must wait for another person to answer your question before giving me brainliest.

Need help in the future? I am willing to help with any questions you may have. I may not be able to answer it although. I will have to research it and learn it before i answer it if i do not know how to answer it. So, if you do not get any answers before i have learned it then i will get back to you as soon as possible.
