Creation of a compelling vision of the future is the second stage. The second stage requires the participation of each employee to guarantee smooth organizational operation. In the third stage, building a change coalition, the IT team ensure that they buy the rational for change and be part of the change. In step four, the team mobilizes its commitment and ensuring that there is adequate support for the change. The final stage is evaluation of programs to ensure everything is in order.
