Music:

A way of playing Piano called  Harlem Stride style was created during Harlem Renaissance. The traditional Jazz band was associated with the south and originated in the African-American communities of New Orleans. In 1920's it was innovated and made more lively by performers and composers such as Eubie Blake, Noble Sissle, Jelly Roll Morton, Luckey Roberts, James P. Johnson, and many more.

Fashion:

There was renewed interest and new trends were introduced in the black clothing. Two prominent names to include are; Josephine Baker, an extraordinary black dancer, and  Ethel Moses, a black actor in silent films in 1920s and 30s.
