  • within the first 24 hours of intercourse it has a 95% of efficacy, with a pregnancy rate of 0.4%
  • between 25 an 48 hours:  85% of efficacy and a pregnancy rate of 1.2%
  • between 49 and 72 hours: 58% of efficacy and a pregnacy rate of 2.7%

There is other type of emergency made of Ulipristal acetate. This one can be taken up to 120 hours or 5 days after intercourse.
