when you go to court they make you go under oath for the truth,only the truth,and nothing but the truth. Would everyone in the court room take the oath, and if so don't the lawyers break the oath by telling the jury and judge that the defendent did not commit the crimes they are accused of even if they really did the crimes?

Yes, technically. But they find evidence to support THIER opinion which makes them state the Truth. The only person who actually lies, is the criminal himself. The lawyers at least only find the evidence that support them, but sometimes they will twist facts around which makes them lie.
