1.- Arenas. Where I will be active. My segment would be men and women from 20 to 55 years old, white, black and Hispanic people, with a medium to the high executive professional profile.
2.- Differentiators. The way we are going to accomplish our goals. I am going to base my success on modern facilities, great equipment, and savvy instructors.
3.- Vehicles. I will win the market place by creating alliances with some fitness providers and the sponsorship of big athletic names such as Hammer Strength and Under Armour.
4.- Staging. We are not going to rush. We take our time to build trust and loyalty.
5.- Economic logic. Moderate costs during the introduction period until we are able to offer premium packages for distinctive services.
