Answer:
1) I feel tired. I also feel like i need water and or food. This is because i just worked out and the work out helped me sweat which made me lose fluids. Which makes me need fluids because i just lost fluids.
2) I can lose weight if i do it enough. It keeps me healthy. I keeps me active. It is helping me stay active.
3) I experienced challenges doing the workout because i am not used to doing workouts so this was a challenge. I am also not ever fit so this helped me stay fit but I had a hard time doing it.
