The answer for this is miscarriage, coming form the word "carriage" since the mother is carrying the baby, and "mis-", a prefix that negates what comes after it. It basically means "a confirmed pregnancy that failed." It is completely natural and happens to many women, regardless of their health, age, and other factors.

Actually I first though it was miscarriage but its not its stillbirth. I took the test and I put in stillbirth and it was correct.

If u search up what stillbirth is the birth of an infant that has died in the womb (strictly, after having survived through at least the first 28 weeks of pregnancy, earlier instances being regarded as abortion or miscarriage).

Abortion means ending of pregnancy due to removing an embryo or fetus before it can survive outside the uterus

Miscarriage means the loss of a woman's pregnancy before the 20th week that can be both physically and emotionally painful.
