250g = £60

1 g = 60/250

= £0.24

3000g = 0.24 × 3000

= £720

medium bag:

500g = £1.10

1g = 1.10/500

= 2.2 × 10^-3

3000g = 2.2×10^-3 × 3000

= £6.6

total 3kg of small & medium bags

= £720 + £6.6

= £ 726.6
