Which of these statements best describes how authors think about their purpose for writing narratives?

A. Authors select only one purpose for their narratives.
B. Authors write narratives to convince others to agree with their opinions.

D. Authors write narratives to inform, entertain, express ideas, persuade, or a combination of these.

Respuesta :

Answer: D

Explanation: Because a narrative is a life story. Most times when I (a real author) write narratives I want to entertain people (make them laugh), and/or tell them what they should do if they find themselves in a situation like I have.

Hope this helps!
