christianity and islam are both monotheistic, meaning that they both have a belief in one god. they actually believe in the same god, but the people of islam refer to god as “allah”. while the christians go to church, the people of islam go to the mosques. the muslim women who follow islam always wear hijabs and stay covered up since it is a strict custom of islam. the christians celebrate christmas and easter, while the muslims celebrate ramadan, a period of strict fasting.
