One group who follow Islam believes that the leader of the religion can be any man who knows the Koran well and who is a true follower of Islam. This group is called the
Sunni
Sunni and Shi'a believe god and only god should have the power... and I'm pretty sure it should just be Taliban, they're an extremist group and they pick and choose a lot.
