Let y be the number of photos added and p be the number of pages added.
y = 8p.
The graph will go through the points (1 , 8); (2 , 16); (3 , 24); (4 , 32)
We can distinguish discrete and continuous graphs by seeing if the graph can be traced without lifting one's pencil. If so, then the graph is continuous. The graph formed will be continuous.
