The "big five" personality qualities are wide categories. As there is very much evidence to get this supported this five-factor personality model, supporting this five factor model of personality, researchers are not always in agreement on the specific names for each component.
It's important to note that each of the five personality qualities reflects a happy medium between two extremes. Extraversion, for example, represents a continuum between severe extraversion and excessive introversion. In reality, most people fall halfway between the two extreme ends of each dimension.
