PLEASE HELP IM TIMED!
A recipe uses 8 3/4 cups of milk for every 3 1/2 cups of oatmeal. How many cups of milk are used for each cup of oatmeal? Enter your answer in the box as a mixed number in simplest form

35/4 : 7/2

Divide each side by 7/2 so the left side becomes 1:
(35/4) / (7/2) : 1
35/4*2/7 :1
70/28 :1
10/4 :1
5/2:1
2 1/2 :1
