Both bulbs in a series have the same current flowing through them. The bulb with the higher resistance will have a greater voltage drop across it, resulting in greater power dissipation and brightness. Both bulbs are connected in parallel and have the same voltage across them. (This most likely didn’t answer your question but I hope it was helpful in anyway.)
