y = x + 3
y = -x + 3
y = |x| + 3
So, the first two are linear equations. To graph these we just need to find two points on the line and connect them with a line.
The last one is the absolute value function translated up by 3 units.
So, to give an example of how to graph the first equation, first we evalaute in x = 0, then we get:
y = 0 + 3 = 3
So we have the point (0, 3)
For that same line we can evaluate in x = 1
y = 1 + 3 = 4
Then we also have the point (1, 4).
Now we have 2 points, we can just connect them with a line.
