Your table is supposed to look as in the picture I provided. I. The second column you have to plug in for x , for example it gives you 4x-2 and to the side you have x as 6, you will plug in as 4(6)-2. The parathesis is like you are multiplying, so you get 24-2, to which the answer is 22, which you will put in the y column. Next you will take the x, and y and out them next to each other under x,y and it will look like 6,22. X always goes in front of the y unless stated otherwise.
