A controversial environmental issue in my community is river pollution. that the city's sewage goes to the river in the wrong way, with that all life in that river is improper, the conflicts associated with the "tragedy of the commons" are affecting the solutions to the problems, because companies want to continue throwing pollution in the rivers but the population wants.
Polluted rivers are those springs that receive in their waters all kinds of polluting residues such as chemical, physical and biological agents. They are harmful to soil, fauna, flora and human activities. Freshwater sources are vital for humans, but they receive a large number of pollutants.
With this information, we can conclude that Rivers are polluted by the contamination of organic waste, including human and animal excretions, and agricultural waste resulting from plant decomposition.
