What do you mean by group cohesiveness?

Festinger and his associates are particularly interested in the force of attraction as opposed to other forces. In 2000, Dion claimed that the ratio directly correlated with the degree of group cohesion.
Hogg observed that although members of cohesive groups get along well with one another, personal attraction does not result in group cohesion in 1992 and 2001.
