for the second angle, I'll take it as x + 4, I think you had a typo
the angle sum of triangle is 180, so just add all of them.
180 = 31 + x + 4 + 3x +9
180 = 4x + 44
4x = 136
x = 34
as x = 34,
s = 34 + 4
= 38
T = 3 x 34 + 9
= 102 + 9
= 111
