The presence of American troops all over the globe has created none other than lots of the problems not only to the people of the countries where the GIs are sent but also America itself. The White House would intervene only when the Senate sees the benefits for the USA. The nuclear issue or WMD is one of the best examples of its bad policy. Everyone knows Israel has nuclear weapons and other forms of killing device (WMD). The White House would turn deaf and blind whenever the issue is brought up in the UN assembly. Look at what has happened to Pakistan, Yemen, Iraq, Afghanistan (before and after US' intervention) etc. Its bias policy is the mother of all terrorist acts around the world. Labeling other people as terrorists will never solve the problem.
