Alright, you will need to find the areas of 3 of the sides(i.e. Top/Bottom, Left/Right, Front/Back), to do so let's go through multiplying these:

Since we're not looking for the Volume, we'd just multiply one variable by another, for instance:

Bottom = Length * Width
x = 16 * 12 | 16 * 12 = 192

Left = Length * Height
x = 16 * 3 | 16 * 3 = 48

Front = Width * Height
x = 12 * 3 | 12 * 3 = 36
