A sports equipment manufacturer has pressed charges against its brand ambassador and baseball legend, Glenn Kent , on the charges of committing breach of contract. Being a federal civil case, Glenn has demanded a trial by jury. Which amendment of the Bill of Rights allows Glenn to make such a demand?

The Fifth Amendment allows Glenn to make such a demand. 
The Fifth Amendment states:
"No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury..."

I'm pretty sure it is actually the Sixth Ammendment
