I don't know if there are options to this question, but here are some examples:

-To prevent spredingto other people, wash your hands often using soap and water; do not share any items with other people
-The client should contact the healthcare provider if the symptoms are getting worst.
-
The client should go to the emergency or call 911 if they are having trouble  breathing, feel dizzy, or showing lips and fingernails turning blue.

Vancomycin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus is a nasty infection that resists usual treatments. Sure it is a bacteria, but it resists many antibiotics including ones commonly used in hospitals. First thing to remember is that the infection must be treated in the hospital. Another teaching point is proper use of antibiotics. Only use antibiotics recommended by the doctor, and avoid self-medication to reduce chances of antibiotic resistance.
