we knot this from3/28 of the animals are birds.

and we also know that 4/15 are birds of prey.  so

p=[tex] \frac{4}{15}b [/tex]

we could substitute:

p=[tex] \frac{4*3}{15*28}[/tex]

and solve:

p=[tex] \frac{1}{35}[/tex]
and this is the answer!
