Behavioral consistency is when you be consistent with your behavior to still go exercise 3 times a week at 5 AM even though you are tired with your day, for the rest of the year. If a person is being inconsistent, then they do not follow the new year’s resolution. If they are tired of having a hectic week, they skip exercising.
