What may be surprised for most people is that sugar is added to almost every food item in this list.
The first ingredients in the label are always the ones in more quantity and the last ingredient is the one that the food has less of.
That said, this means that there is a lot of sugar in every food item( except the corn)because it's always in the top 3 ingredients.
the most nutritious food is the 'Can or frozen vegetables'. They have vitamins , minerals and fiber and don't contain added sugar.
The least nutritious, i would say the soft drink because it's mostly water with sugar. This type of drink should be substituted for water.
