The volume of a cylinder can be found by using the formula below.
A=bh
First of all we need to find the base, or the circle. To find the area of the circle we use the formula below.
A=[tex] \pi r^{2} [/tex]
First of all we square 5.
5(5)=25
Then multiply by pi (3.14).
25(3.14)=78.5
Now we multiply by the height.
78.5(14)=1099
The volume of the cylinder is about 1099 units².
