The three important layers of earth that contain water are Crust, mantle, core.

EXPLANATION:

Water is the most essential for life on earth. Earth's oceans cover around 70% of the surface area of the earth. The outermost part called crust has an oceanic crust which hovers on the mantle. The central part is the core and it is located below the mantle consists of inner and outer core.

The inner core contains water and the outer core is made up of nickel alloy. Ringwoodite is the layer between two layers of mantle. It is expected to have more than three times of water in our surface of the oceans. When plate tectonics collides with each other causes earthquakes and volcanoes. When the plates collide under the ocean, the water enters into the mantle.
